“Triathlon success is as much emotional as it is physical. Pamela not only sets each individual on their own path to physical success, she is there to help you with the emotional side of getting through tough workouts, handling race day expectations and post race day review. Most coaches push harder for more success, Pamela knows when to push and when to ease back. My fitness level has never been better and I owe that to Pamela’s overall fitness and triathlon knowledge.”
